The Personal Coaching package is designed for the serious runner who is looking for a one-on-one personal coaching relationship, with regular feedback and unlimited communications, to help them take their running to the next level and prepare for their goal race.

Your MPR - Personal package will include:
 
Custom Training Plan
Coach Hadley will work with you to gain a thorough understanding of your background in running, current situation, strengths, weaknesses and goals. Based on this information Coach Hadley will design a custom training program for you. This training program will include running workouts, strength workouts and warm-up & cool-down routines, with all the details you’ll need to get the most out of your program.

Complete Race Plan
Based on your goal race, training program, strengths, weaknesses, weather and course conditions; Coach Hadley will design for you a complete race plan that includes breaking the course into segments, pacing guidelines and fueling strategy (eating and drinking), as well as mental tips for successful racing.

Unlimited Schedule Changes
MPR will work with you to make as many schedule changes as are needed to optimize your program for your improving fitness and any unforseen circumstances that arise along the way.

Communications
You and Coach Hadley will communicate via phone, text, chat and e-mail to regularly discuss training and racing issues, tweaks to your schedule, feedback on workouts and other topics. Regular, open and honest communication is highly encouraged so you can get the most out of your training and racing.

Training Log Monitoring
Coach Hadley will review the your training log on a daily basis (set-up on Google documents), and offer feedback to the athletes on your training (as warranted). This helps keep the you and your coach on the same page and working smartly towards the your goals.

Runner’s Nutritional Guide
MPR will provide all you with a Runner’s Nutrition Guide that cover the basics for ensuring proper nutrition while training for longer distance races.   Additionally MPR has several professional sports nutritionists in their network that they can refer clients to if further support in this area is desired.

How It All Work
 
1)    To get started simply subscribe to the Personal Coaching service using the link above.  We do have an 3 month minimum requirment to allow time for you and Coach Hadley to build a good working relationship and for the results to start rolling in.
2)    Runner Questionnaire & Call – once you have signed up Coach Hadley will send you a runner's questionnaire to fill out and return, so that he can begin to learn about you, your running background, and where you are headed. The more information you provide the better we can customize your program to fit your specific strengths, weaknesses and needs.  Once Coach Hadley has recieved your questionnaire he will schedule a call with you to get to know each other and begin to establish a good working relationship.  On this call he can follow-up on any areas in which he need more information to build your custom program.
3)    Program Design – Taking all the information gathered from your questionnaire Coach Hadley will start designing your program. Within a few days you’ll have your completed program and be ready to get started.
4)    Review – Once you have received your program review it and make sure you understand everything. Then we will schedule a call to review everything and answer any questions you have and make any adjustments needed.
5)   Execute & Communicate – armed with your custom training program you start to execute on your training, and Coach Hadley will be monitoring your progress via an on-line training log.  Coach Hadley will give you regular feedback after workouts and you both will stay in contact via text, e-mail or phone to make sure you are getting the most out of your training and are planning and building for the future.
